What You'll Do
Lead the full lifecycle of capital projects, from initial planning through execution, ensuring all initiatives meet rigorous standards for safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. Guide technical decision-making for mid to large-scale investments, shaping engineering strategies that support long-term operational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliver accurate financial forecasts, and develop practical technical solutions. Oversee capital budgeting processes in line with contractual agreements and projected cash flow, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Drive the adoption of advanced engineering practices and modern equipment strategies. Implement standardized methodologies across projects while promoting innovation and continuous improvement. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, maintaining alignment with corporate engineering standards and business objectives.
Supervise engineering teams, supporting professional development and ensuring effective coordination across functions. Champion best practices in asset utilization, process optimization, and technical governance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in engineering leadership roles, preferably within manufacturing environments
- Engineering degree required, with demonstrated mastery in one or more technical disciplines
- Proven track record in managing complex capital projects and project portfolios
- Strong project management background with experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to influence decision-makers and lead through alignment
- Deep understanding of engineering principles and operational integration
- Experience implementing technical standards and driving process harmonization
