At Netflix, where we believe an organization is defined by the people who execute the mission, we are looking for a Site Director. You will take full accountability for your site's admissions goals and student starts, motivating students and staff while developing employees through coaching and cultivating key university relationships.

What You'll Do

Take complete and final responsibility for the site’s admissions goals and all student starts.
Ensure complete compliance with all necessary regulations regarding school and recruitment operations.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract students in coordination with marketing.
Manage student retention through advisement and oversight of their progress in partnership with nursing leadership.
Work with Admissions to provide accurate daily performance reports on recruitment program effectiveness.
Collaborate with university partners to receive admission reports and direct follow-up assistance for students.
Positively coach, mentor, and train local and remote admissions advisors.
Establish goals for admissions advisors and administer quarterly and annual performance reviews.
Work with Admissions Supervisors to direct follow-up activity to convert prospects to applicants.
Monitor and maintain accurate and timely data entry integrity within the CRM.
Maintain relationships with key contacts at the university to keep communication open.
Manage the operational site budget and communicate foreseen variances.
Manage operational aspects of the site including student services, computer lab, ordering, and schedules.
Maintain relationships with local vendors.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree is required.
Three or more years in a management capacity, preferably in a post-secondary school or healthcare environment.
Experience working in a goal-oriented environment or student enrollment operation.
Experience managing a remote team or multiple teams within a sales, education, or healthcare organization.
Must thrive within a competitive, sales atmosphere, setting and meeting or overachieving goals.
Strong team building skills including fostering collaboration with a local and remote team.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Must be a strong leader and skillful manager that possesses change management and flexibility.
A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Self-directed with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Ability to work in a hands-on capacity at all times.
Appropriate understanding of financial management.
Knowledge in working with human resources, finance, and all other operational details.

Team & Environment

You will supervise a small, regional office and manage remote admissions advisors. You will partner closely with Admissions Supervisors, Quality Assurance & Training teams, and nursing leadership.
