Sikich is hiring a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Senior Project Manager to lead complex implementation projects. In this role, you will manage project objectives, scope, timeline, budget, and resources while collaborating closely with clients to translate their business needs into actionable requirements.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with customers to prepare and manage objectives, scope, project plan, timeline, budget, and resource plan for D365 F&O implementations.
• Participate in operational review meetings to translate business needs into functional requirements and business scenarios.
• Identify stakeholders and establish effective communication and coordination channels.
• Manage the effective transition of requirements to the delivery team, ensuring a clear and complete understanding.
• Manage the software development lifecycle for approved development activities.
• Facilitate weekly status meetings with clients and prepare weekly status reports.
• Identify risks and manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with clients.
• Lead effective collaboration across multiple teams to proactively manage response to escalations and facilitate resolution.
• Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS), DevOps, and standard tools to deliver project work.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years leading ERP implementations.
• 5+ years leading Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or Dynamics AX implementation projects.
• 10+ years of experience with operations or financial implementations.
• Excellent client relation skills, communication, organization, and prioritization capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading senior business executive-level meetings.
• Prior experience working at a consultancy.
• 25-50% travel may be required.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LCS and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries.
• PMP Certificate.
