CVS Health is looking for a Shift Supervisor Trainee to prepare for a supervisory role within our retail stores. This entry-level position is designed to develop your skills through hands-on experience and formal training, learning about key aspects of our business and the CVS/pharmacy culture.

What You'll Do

Work effectively with store management and store crews.
Supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints.
Promote CVS customer service culture (Greet, offer help, and thank).
Handle all customer relations issues according to company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
Lead store staff and ensure store operations run smoothly when no manager is onsite.
Ensure the completion of all opening and closing procedures.
