What You'll Do
- Lead store operations and maintain workflow during your assigned shift
- Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience
- Supervise and support team members with tasks and procedures
- Oversee cash handling, store security, and compliance with company policies
- Manage inventory and assist with merchandising and store presentation
What We're Looking For
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
