Kwik Trip is seeking a Shift Manager to make a difference in the communities we serve. In this role, you will delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, and ensure the highest quality of customer service is met daily.
What You'll Do
- Delegate tasks and train coworkers.
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot register or transaction issues.
- Set the example for excellent customer service.
- Ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals.
- Assist with merchandising.
- Maintain a clean and inviting store.

- 6 months retail experience including customer service and money handling.
- Ability to get others motivated to complete tasks and meet goals.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, walk/stand up to 8-10 hours per day.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $16.00 to $22.26 per hour.
- 40% of pre-tax profits shared with coworkers via bonuses (8-12% of gross annual wage).
