Waypoint Maine is looking for a Shared Living Provider in the Western Region to open your home and provide a supportive family environment for an adult with a developmental disability. In this unique role, you will serve as an integral member of the person's support team, helping them to identify and achieve their personal life goals.
What You'll Do
- Open your home to support an adult with a developmental disability in a family setting.
- Support the individual with education, employment, recreation, family inclusion, health/mental health, and independent living skills.
- Serve as an important member of the person's team in identifying and achieving their personal life goals.
Benefits & Compensation
- Contract compensation: $49,275 per year.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position where you will host the individual in your home. The role is located in Maine's Western Region.
