Heeg Consulting GmbH is hiring a Setter & Opener für warme Leads to join our consulting practice. This role is central to our client engagement process, focusing on both responding to inquiries and proactively generating new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone
- Generate outbound leads through social media and cold outreach
- Conduct follow-ups with customers and prospective clients
- Conduct sales calls and sell our products
- Perform cold outreach using provided lists with the goal of selling coaching programs
- Schedule appointments with prospects via email, social media, and phone
- Build and nurture client relationships: advise customers and prepare upsells
- Prepare for meetings: maintain the CRM and relay relevant information to sales staff
What We're Looking For
- Extroverted personality with an interest in people
- No prior sales experience required
- Drive and determination to achieve goals
- Customer- and service-oriented with a friendly, communicative demeanor
- Engaged, quick comprehension, structured working style, and high willingness to learn
- Persuasive and articulate
- A calm, pleasant, and attractive voice
- Ability to follow established processes
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in online marketing and coaching is beneficial but not required
