GFIC is hiring a Sales Manager m/f/d Flavours, Food Ingredients to lead B2B distribution across a key region. This home-office-based role is focused on building long-term customer partnerships and driving sales growth for flavours and food ingredients.
What You'll Do
- Develop and expand long-term B2B customer relationships.
- Actively identify and acquire new customers within Eastern Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary.
- Plan, implement, and achieve the regional sales budget.
- Ensure the fulfilment of overall sales targets.
- Manage and close sales projects.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and implement measures to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Conduct customer loss analyses and develop win-back strategies.
- Create and monitor contracts, including action plans for any deviations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional handling of feedback and complaints.
- Prepare sales reports and analyses to steer sales activities.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience in Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia specifically for Flavours and/or Food Ingredients.
- A degree in Food Technology or a similar field.
- Knowledge of the food or beverage industry, or relevant technical expertise.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- A valid driving license.
- High willingness to travel across the assigned region.
- Confident use of MS Office and experience with an ERP system.
