As a member of our EMEA Mid Market Sales team, you will significantly impact future success by leading Account Executives across the region within a strategic functional group. Through collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and executive leadership, you'll have opportunities to influence substantial revenue growth. You'll be empowered to recruit, build, and coach your team while helping define, develop, and optimize our Inside Sales operating model and processes. Role Responsibilities: - Manage, recruit, coach and inspire a high-calibre sales team - Lead strategic account planning, territory planning, and prospect customer research - Optimize sales productivity and enhance customer satisfaction - Communicate clear goals and roles, track KPIs, and recognize team accomplishments - Represent EMEA South Sales organization, updating market sales leaders on revenue forecasts Qualifications: - Proven experience leading sales teams in high-growth technology companies, preferably B2B SaaS - Consistent track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets - Strong pipeline forecasting skills - Ability to drive process improvements - Excellent stakeholder management capabilities - Experience recruiting and managing high-performing sales professionals We value inclusivity and welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
