Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases for ServiceNow applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow releases and features.
- Assist in the development of test strategies and plans.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects.
- Provide status reports on testing activities and progress.
- Collaborate with other QA team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and pair testing sessions.
- Support the deployment of ServiceNow applications in various environments.
- Ensure that testing activities align with project timelines and milestones.
- Provide input on the test data management process.
- Assist in the creation of test reports and documentation.
- Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in a structured and organized manner.
