Midi Health is hiring a REMOTE Nurse Practitioner - Michigan (MI) License

Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients through telehealth platforms.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests.
  • Educate patients on health management and prevention.
  • Document patient encounters and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to state and federal regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide culturally competent care to diverse patient populations.
  • Maintain open communication with patients and healthcare team.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy.
  • Stay updated with the latest medical research and best practices.
  • Manage patient caseload and prioritize care needs.
  • Conduct follow-up visits and monitor patient progress.
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and their families.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback and input on improving healthcare services.
  • Maintain professional development and continuing education.
