ServiceNow is looking for a ServiceNow Principal Engagement Manager, Federal to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of our platform within federal government accounts. You will be a key leader responsible for managing executive relationships, driving project success, and ensuring client value realization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the overall engagement strategy and delivery for complex federal client implementations
  • Manage executive-level relationships and act as the primary point of accountability for client success
  • Oversee project governance, risk management, and financial performance for assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with sales, consulting, and support teams to align on account strategy and delivery plans
  • Drive adoption and expansion of the ServiceNow platform within federal organizations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex enterprise software implementations for federal government clients
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and governance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, compliance requirements, and security standards
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level executive relationships
  • Experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial reporting for multi-million dollar engagements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

This role supports a global team and is open to candidates working remotely or from our office in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States.
