ServiceNow is looking for a ServiceNow Principal Engagement Manager, Federal to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of our platform within federal government accounts. You will be a key leader responsible for managing executive relationships, driving project success, and ensuring client value realization.
What You'll Do
- Lead the overall engagement strategy and delivery for complex federal client implementations
- Manage executive-level relationships and act as the primary point of accountability for client success
- Oversee project governance, risk management, and financial performance for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, and support teams to align on account strategy and delivery plans
- Drive adoption and expansion of the ServiceNow platform within federal organizations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex enterprise software implementations for federal government clients
- Expertise in project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, compliance requirements, and security standards
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level executive relationships
- Experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial reporting for multi-million dollar engagements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
