Partner Business Development Manager, CRM
ServiceNow is seeking an innovative and performance-driven professional to advance our customer relationship management and AI-powered service solutions through strategic collaboration. This pivotal role is essential for expanding market opportunities for ServiceNow's CRM platform, empowered by Now Assist, by enabling partners to develop distinctive offerings, accelerate growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The professional will be accountable for crafting and implementing the partner strategy for CRM, generating pipeline momentum, enhancing partner capabilities, and fostering ecosystem innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Strategy & Ecosystem Development
- Formulate and execute a partner-driven growth approach for ServiceNow CRM, emphasizing AI as a core differentiator
- Identify and integrate CRM-specialized partners with significant scaling and innovation potential
Pipeline & Market Expansion
- Generate partner-originated pipeline for CRM and AI-enhanced customer workflows
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, and partner teams to launch integrated go-to-market initiatives
AI-Driven CRM Expertise
- Develop AI capabilities within CRM-focused partners, enabling intelligent customer engagement solutions
- Encourage adoption of Now Assist for CRM scenarios like case summarization, intelligent routing, and virtual agent enhancements
Customer Success Through Partners
- Ensure partners deliver measurable business outcomes using ServiceNow CRM and AI
- Monitor success metrics and support high-impact deployments
Innovation & Scalable Models
- Create novel engagement approaches and monetization strategies to accelerate partner CRM offerings
- Initiate co-innovation programs demonstrating ServiceNow CRM + AI capabilities
Measures of Success:
- Growth in partner-sourced CRM pipeline
- Increase in CRM and AI-enabled partner capabilities
- Documented customer success narratives in CRM transformation
- Launch and adoption of innovative CRM partner programs
Qualifications:
- Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
- Proven CRM business development background, preferably in enterprise SaaS ecosystems
- Comprehensive understanding of CRM technologies and AI applications
- Strategic mindset with expertise in building partner ecosystems
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
