Responsibilities
- Design and build custom applications in ServiceNow for operations and real estate workflows using JavaScript, GlideScript, and integration methods.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into scalable, working solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems to support smooth data flow and consistent processes.
- Develop and keep current detailed documentation for code, system configurations, and change control procedures.
- Run tests to confirm the functionality and performance of ServiceNow developments.
- Diagnose and fix application problems to maintain high system reliability and efficiency.
- Keep current with evolving ServiceNow and Nuvolo features and apply best practices to enhance system capabilities.
