Grupo PiSA is seeking a Service Technician to provide technical support to customers at AT&T stores. In this onsite role based in Comalcalco, Tabasco, you will be the frontline for resolving mobile device and accessory issues while also managing inventory and contributing to store revenue.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to customers visiting stores for mobile device and accessory functionality and quality issues.
- Apply service programs for both warranty and out-of-warranty cases.
- Administer and control the inventory of mobile devices, accessories, and SIMs assigned to the store.
- Register all customer interactions in company systems to maintain accurate service event records.
- Send and receive customer mobile devices and accessories to and from Authorized Service Centers, including storage and control.
- Perform revenue-generating activities such as promoting and selling products and services, including SIM sales, device configuration, data transfer, and accessory sales.
- Address all cases of failure or functionality problems presented by customers, aiming for resolution at first contact.
- Apply replacement processes based on the diagnostic results for mobile devices and accessories.
- Manage total store inventory to ensure correct use, maintain optimal stock levels, and generate restock requests.
- Promote value-added services during every customer interaction.
- Handle all administrative and back-office activities involved in replacement and technical service processes.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a related technical field.
- An incomplete bachelor's degree.
Nice to Have
- 3+ years of experience in the field.
- A Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems or a related field.
- At least 50% English proficiency.
Technical Stack
- PC handling.
- Microsoft Office suite, with Intermediate Excel skills.
- Windows software suite.
