WillScot was looking for a Service Tech

WillScot is hiring a hands-on Service Technician to maintain our fleet of modular buildings and mobile office trailers. You'll perform a wide range of repairs and readiness work, ensuring our units meet high quality standards and are delivered on schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Act in accordance with company Safety, Transportation, and Environmental Policies.
  • Lead and act to promote employee health and safety through workplace safety initiatives, training, and assessments.
  • Perform repairs to mobile office trailers including framing and finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear.
  • Perform check-in/out inspections of off-rented buildings to determine repair scope and damages for customer invoicing.
  • Create floor plan drawings as needed and perform modifications requested by customers.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels of all equipment, tools, parts, and VAPS needed for service tasks.
  • Provide courteous customer service over the phone and in person, explaining all repairs and services.
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Perform HVAC system checks and maintenance per company guidelines.
  • Complete appropriate paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some knowledge of computers and good communication skills.
  • Must have carpentry knowledge and experience.
  • A current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Nice to Have

  • Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is a plus.
