About the Role

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Service Manager for Video Services to lead partner acquisition and expand our market presence for mobile video and LPR solutions. You will drive the full product lifecycle, from strategic market development to maximizing post-deployment service revenue, within our mission to build technologies that help protect people and places.

What You'll Do

  • Identify market-leading organizations and high-potential targets to broaden market penetration.
  • Work with internal shops and FSO teams to provide training and build partnerships.
  • Formulate territory growth strategies, conduct market trend analysis, and monitor competitive activity.
  • Direct the 'Activation' phase for newly onboarded partners for Mobile Video and LPR solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, leading Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and professional demonstrations.
  • Coordinate training for the mobile video portfolio including LPR systems.
  • Institute a transition from transactional sales to monetizing the entire product lifecycle through service agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with Territory Managers to transition activated partners into the operational field.
  • Provide training and resources to internal sales personnel and external partners.
  • Liaise with the product group to identify systemic failures and implement design changes.
  • Help develop vendor scorecards for organizational use.

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, Management, or Technology.
  • 5 years of experience working in Customer Service, Customer Support, Operations, Sales, or Technology.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available.

Nice to Have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel management, partner recruitment, or regional service management.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models, partner ecosystems, and channel dynamics.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and the ability to analyze data-driven trends.
  • Ability to travel significantly, often 25-50%, to support market expansion and partner engagement.
