ActioNet is looking for a Service Desk IT Specialist to join our team supporting a Treasury environment. You will provide Tier I/II support, resolving incidents and requests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Respond to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Provide troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform account administration tasks including creation, modification, and resets.
- Document incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support.
- Support remote and on-site troubleshooting efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Active Secret clearance (T-3).
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
- 5+ years of IT helpdesk experience.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.
- Experience with Active Directory account management.
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Desk best practices.
