Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores is looking for a Service Advisor to drive sales success and provide exceptional customer service in our Truck Care facilities. This role is a key member of management, blending technical knowledge with leadership to run service centers and develop skills toward becoming a Truck Care General Manager. As the primary contact between customers and the sales team, you'll help fuel journeys for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a safe and clean facility environment.
- Greet customers, identify vehicle service needs, and document issues.
- Provide detailed repair cost estimates, explain sales promotions, and obtain customer approvals and payments.
- Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide thorough explanations of all completed work.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service concerns effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean safety record.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and medical exam as required by regulations.
Nice to Have
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or sales.
