Samsung Electronics America, Inc. was looking for a Service Admin Support (INTERNSHIP)

Samsung Electronics Canada is seeking a Service Admin Support Intern for its Health Medical Equipment division. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our service processes and network, focusing on call management, invoicing, spare parts inventory, and KPI analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Manage service call requests, including entitlement, assignment, registration, and monitoring
  • Handle Out of Warranty Services, including quotation management, monitoring, invoicing, warranty extension, and cost analysis
  • Provide support for Maintenance Service Agreements
  • Manage invoicing processes: check customer status with the credit team, monitor payments, and oversee invoice issuance
  • Support Installed Base management
  • Manage spare parts service inventory: process parts orders, check pricing, track movement, create shipment documents, manage part returns, monitor warehouse inventory, and oversee the scrap process
  • Conduct KPI analysis, monitoring, and training for the service network (e.g., First Time Fix Rate, Net Promoter Score)
  • Oversee Service Order management
  • Provide public tender support for Service areas

What We're Looking For

  • A High school diploma or Degree

  • Good knowledge of technical English
  • Good knowledge of Windows Office package
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Attitude to work by objective within a team
  • Ability to build good relationships with all people involved
