Responsibilities
- Develop national and localized SEO strategies tailored to franchise clients.
- Focus on hyper-local optimization and address unique franchise-specific SEO obstacles.
- Direct the rollout of standardized SEO playbooks for franchise accounts.
- Guide and support SEO coordinators, specialists, project managers, and interns.
- Host regular team meetings to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Deliver effective solutions for advanced SEO problems.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and task delegation capabilities.
- Evaluate performance data to uncover growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key franchise stakeholders.
- Manage SEO efforts at both individual location and enterprise levels.
- Provide mentorship to a multidisciplinary SEO team.
- Support team development through strategic guidance and methodology improvement.
- Conduct weekly or biweekly one-on-one sessions with direct reports.
- Hold regular training or consulting meetings when team-wide meetings are not scheduled.
