Ignite Visibility is hiring a Senior SEO Strategist to lead comprehensive national to local search strategies for franchise accounts. In this supervisory role, you will develop strategy, mentor team members, and act as the primary client contact for performance reviews.

What You'll Do

• Create comprehensive SEO national to local strategies for franchise accounts.
• Prioritize hyper-local optimization and address unique franchise challenges.
• Lead the implementation of the SEO playbook for franchise accounts.
• Mentor and guide SEO coordinators, specialists, and project managers.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align on best practices.
• Provide solutions for complex SEO challenges.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with franchise stakeholders.
• Oversee the execution of location-specific and brand-wide SEO initiatives.
• Provide strategic insight and help with methodologies for team members.
• Lead weekly or biweekly 1-1 calls with direct reports.
• Hold weekly training or consultation meetings with team members.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in SEO
• Expert in GA and Google Tag Manager
• Agency digital marketing experience
• Leadership and supervisory experience
• Franchise and multi-location SEO experience
• Knowledgeable of on-site SEO and link building
• Experience with keyword assignment
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of social media and how it relates to SEO
• Knowledge of technical SEO items
• Knowledge of WordPress and blogging
• Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Client-facing experience
