ThinkingIT Corp. is hiring an SEO Specialist to take full ownership of SEO projects for our iGaming brands in the US market. As the primary individual contributor, you will be responsible for the entire SEO lifecycle, from audit to implementation, coordinating with content, development, and off-page teams to deliver results.
What You'll Do
- Own SEO performance for assigned iGaming sites and sections.
- Build and maintain comprehensive SEO roadmaps.
- Translate SEO needs into clear tasks for content writers, developers, and link builders.
- Conduct keyword research and map keywords to pages.
- Create optimization guidelines for titles, metas, headers, internal links, and schema.
- Brief content teams on money pages, reviews, casino/sports pages, and supporting blog content.
- Ensure content matches user intent and complies with iGaming regulations.
- Run regular technical audits for crawlability, indexation, duplication, canonicals, and site speed.
- Prepare precise implementation tickets for developers.
- Monitor Google Search Console for coverage, soft 404s, and ranking drops.
- Share priority pages and anchor plans with the link-building team.
- Review link opportunities for relevance and iGaming-specific risk.
- Track the impact of acquired links on target URLs.
- Track and report on rankings, organic traffic, and page-level performance.
- Analyze performance drops, run cause analysis, and propose fixes.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates affecting the iGaming and affiliate space.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4+ years of hands-on SEO experience covering on-page and technical SEO.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Able to write clear briefs for writers and precise tickets for developers.
- Comfortable prioritizing tasks based on business impact.
- Strong written English skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in competitive niches like iGaming, betting, affiliates, or finance.
- Understanding of affiliate-style pages (reviews, comparisons, bonuses).
- Basic awareness of CRO/UX principles for money pages.
- Familiarity with digital PR and link acquisition processes.
