Hire Overseas is hiring an SEO Specialist to lead the organic search strategy for our real estate websites. You will be responsible for optimizing websites, creating market-specific content strategies, and driving qualified traffic by leveraging your understanding of real estate buyer behavior and local market dynamics.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute SEO strategies specifically tailored for real estate websites and market dynamics
- Create and optimize content focused on real estate topics, local markets, and buyer/seller journeys
- Conduct keyword research targeting real estate-specific terms, local market searches, and property types
- Optimize property listings and real estate pages for maximum search visibility
- Implement local SEO strategies to capture geo-targeted real estate searches
- Perform technical SEO audits and optimize site structure for real estate platforms
- Monitor and analyze organic performance using SEO tools
- Collaborate with real estate professionals to understand market trends and content opportunities
- Stay current with real estate industry trends and search behavior patterns
What We're Looking For
- Real estate industry experience is required—you understand the unique SEO challenges and opportunities in property marketing
- Proven SEO expertise with a track record of driving organic traffic and lead generation
