ReWorks Solutions is hiring an SEO / PPC Specialist to develop and execute strategies that drive targeted traffic and increase conversions. You will manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize on-page SEO to achieve our marketing goals.
What You'll Do
- Develop, execute, and optimize SEO and PPC strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, etc.), including budgets, bids, and performance tracking
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Optimize on-page SEO elements, including content, metadata, and internal linking
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- A/B test ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve ROI
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business goals
- Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and paid media best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing SEO and PPC campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools
- Experience implementing on-page and technical SEO best practices
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
