Rhino Entertainment Group is hiring an SEO Manager to own the strategy and execution for driving organic traffic and improving rankings across search engines and LLMs. You will be responsible for strategic content creation, comprehensive optimization, and innovative link building, while contributing to broader GEO strategy and internal automation.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, agencies, and editors to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of existing content to identify optimization opportunities.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve content visibility and engagement.
- Identify high-quality websites for potential linkbuilding opportunities and engage with 3rd party agencies on daily activities.
- Monitor and manage backlink profile via tracking tools and find innovative ways to acquire links.
- Optimize website structure, navigation, and internal linking for technical SEO.
- Implement technical optimizations like schema markup, rich snippets, and meta tags, and address issues like crawl errors.
- Ensure prerequisites for mentions in LLMs and contribute towards overall GEO strategy for all locales.
- Contribute towards developing and maintaining internal AI optimizations, workflows, and GEO best practices on all properties.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in both on-page and off-page SEO.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Majestic, AI Tools, MCPs, and N8N or similar.
- Proficiency in CMS management, especially WordPress.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a sharp mind focused on the developing world of GEO, LLM usage, and AI automation.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the iGaming industry or with online casino platforms.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Malta or Bitola, MK. Remote working is also an option.
