As an SEO Manager, you'll shape and execute organic search strategies across a range of client accounts, driving visibility and performance through technical precision and content innovation. You’ll analyze data, identify high-impact opportunities, and implement strategies that align directly with client objectives—balancing best practices with creative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SEO initiatives across multiple clients, optimizing both on-page and off-page factors to maximize organic reach
- Conduct technical audits, content assessments, and keyword research to uncover growth pathways
- Design and test SEO strategies that evolve based on performance insights and market shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO into broader digital efforts
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting and lead regular client strategy discussions
- Use industry tools and internal platforms to inform decisions and demonstrate impact
What You Bring
- At least five years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical optimization, content strategy, and link development
- Proven success in client-facing roles within digital marketing environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic direction
- Experience managing SEO across diverse industries and business models
- Familiarity with content creation or professional writing is beneficial
- A degree or certification is welcome, but real-world results matter most
