Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience in backend engineering
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and solve complex scalability challenges
- Proven track record of delivering robust, production-grade systems in fast-moving environments
- Strong sense of ownership—able to identify customer problems and drive solutions independently
- Commitment to code quality, system design, and continuous improvement
- Experience collaborating across disciplines to deliver customer-focused outcomes
- Approach teamwork with inclusivity and openness, contributing positively to team culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a staff-level engineering role
- Leadership on large-scale web applications
- Deep familiarity with Go, Kubernetes, or Google Cloud Platform
- Interest or experience in DevOps practices and infrastructure engineering
