Responsibilities
- Design and deploy secure, high-performance network architectures
- Support global connectivity across data centers and cloud environments
- Maintain and optimize routing, switching, and transport protocols
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across distributed systems
- Implement and manage firewalls, load balancers, and security controls
- Automate network configurations and operational workflows
- Monitor network performance and proactively address bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure projects
- Support incident response and network-related escalations
- Manage DNS, DHCP, and IP address allocation systems
- Evaluate and integrate new networking technologies
- Document network topologies and operational procedures
- Participate in capacity planning and network forecasting
- Work with third-party vendors and service providers
