MLH is looking for a Senior Workday Integration Developer to join our team. In this senior role, you will function as a key member of multi-disciplinary teams tackling complex assignments across our Enterprise Workday Technologies. You will independently design, develop, and test complete business solutions, coordinate complex projects, and serve as a crucial liaison to our vendors.

What You'll Do

Independently design, develop, enhance, and test complete business solutions for complex requirements using Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, and related tools.
Serve as a liaison to vendor suppliers of application software, services, and consulting.
Coordinate complex projects and exercise independent judgment to resolve urgent problems.
Plan, coordinate, and approve the work of more junior Associates and consultants, taking a lead role in project management.
Develop mission-critical complex interfaces, including batch and real-time integrations between systems from multiple vendors.
Design, develop, configure, test, and document complex standard and custom batch and dialog application software.
Enhance, maintain, and upgrade software by completing complex configuration or modifications.
Provide expert software, technical support, troubleshooting, and training.
Pro-actively review, recommend, and implement authorization procedures, data security, integrity, backup, and recovery procedures.
Respond on a 7/24 on-call basis to application and customer problems.
Stay current on all emerging information technology relevant to assigned systems.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or Computer Sciences.
3-5 years of computer programming experience.
3-5 years of project management experience.
Demonstrates expert analytical skills and extensive business knowledge with expertise in one or more critical business areas.
Strong demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
Ability to understand technical manuals, software specifications, hardware principles of operations, and systems software operations.
Ability to relate to other members of the organization.

Nice to Have

Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management or Computer Sciences.
5-7 years of management experience.
