What You'll Do
- Investigate, analyze, negotiate, resolve, document, and report on consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints.
- Identify solutions that address billing issues and present appropriate resolution options to customers.
- Negotiate and authorize billing settlements within established limits and adjust customer accounts.
