About the Role
The Senior Workday Engineer will serve as a techno-functional lead, driving the design, development, and maintenance of Workday solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient Workday implementations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Workday solutions to meet business needs.
- Lead the integration of Workday with other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Workday systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members.
- Participate in project planning and execution.
- Manage Workday projects from inception to completion.
- Implement and maintain Workday security and access controls.
- Develop and execute test plans for Workday implementations.
- Monitor Workday system performance and optimize as needed.
- Provide support during Workday upgrades and updates.
- Document Workday processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in the development of Workday roadmaps and strategies.
- Provide input on Workday-related procurement decisions.
- Support the development of Workday training materials.
- Assist in the creation of Workday-related policies and guidelines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Workday processes.

- Experience with Workday Payroll and Benefits.
- Knowledge of Workday Talent and Learning.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics.
