Activate Talent is hiring a Shipping Clerk /Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee incoming and outgoing shipments across warehouses, third-party logistics providers, and distribution networks.
  • Ensure all shipments are processed, documented, and dispatched according to schedule.
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively address delays, exceptions, or logistical discrepancies.
  • Keep precise records of shipping documents, tracking details, and inventory movements.
  • Accurately enter shipping data into logistics systems and spreadsheets.
  • Support reconciliation of shipments and resolution of related issues.
  • Communicate regularly with internal departments, warehouse staff, and logistics partners on shipment status and updates.
  • Escalate operational problems that could affect delivery timelines or fulfillment accuracy.
  • Provide support to leadership in merchandise planning or supply chain operations with reporting and shipment visibility.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data for shipping performance and operational metrics.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance shipping efficiency and streamline processes.
