About the Role

The individual in this role will be responsible for shaping and executing the national sales strategy, overseeing sales teams, and achieving aggressive revenue targets across diverse markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a team of regional sales leaders and account executives
  • Drive consistent revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify market opportunities and expansion areas
  • Monitor sales performance using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of sales forecasts and business plans
  • Ensure alignment between sales initiatives and product development timelines
  • Represent the organization at industry events and in external market engagements
  • Evaluate market trends and competitive dynamics to refine sales approaches
  • Implement scalable sales processes and best practices across regions
  • Maintain accurate sales data and reporting within CRM systems
  • Support the onboarding and training of new sales personnel
  • Promote a performance-driven and collaborative sales culture
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all sales activities
