Sitreps is hiring a Senior Vice President

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple HVAC service organizations across the Western U.S., ensuring alignment with financial targets, operational standards, and cultural expectations.
  • Implement and refine the company's operating framework, covering pricing models, customer acquisition, technician productivity, safety protocols, and service quality.
  • Manage regional profit and loss outcomes by analyzing cost structures, identifying revenue opportunities, and directing resources to improve return on investment.
  • Attract, develop, and retain high-performing general managers and leadership teams across all regional brands, with a focus on succession planning and performance systems.
  • Lead integration efforts following acquisitions, identifying shared services, procurement efficiencies, and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with corporate training and human resources to deploy field training, leadership development, and safety initiatives.
  • Develop and manage procurement and supplier strategies across the region to reduce costs and maintain consistent service quality.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and ongoing improvement through regional performance metrics, KPIs, and benchmarking practices.
  • Work with the mergers and acquisitions team to assess new opportunities and ensure acquired businesses are ready for operational integration.
  • Serve as the main connection between corporate executives and regional operations, ensuring consistent execution of strategy and organizational values.
