Humana is hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the creation of an enterprise-class product for the hospitality industry from the ground up. You will be responsible for building a new version of our system, culminating in pixel-perfect design, and establishing a new Design System while collaborating with an international team.

What You'll Do

Build an enterprise-class hospitality product dedicated to prestigious market representatives.
Lead the process of creating a new version of our system from scratch through to pixel-perfect design.
Create our new Design System.
Collaborate with other designers to understand and improve our current product.

What We're Looking For

3+ to 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a proven portfolio.
Portfolio showing a variety of digital product work, especially in enterprise web platforms and mobile.
Strong understanding of design principles (specific education or diploma not required).
Fluent written and spoken English communication (level not lower than B2 / FCE).
Figma as your primary design tool.
Ability to create guidelines for digital products.
Ability to translate requirements into working functionality, considering possibilities and technical constraints.

Nice to Have

Research experience, including A/B tests, interviews, and user testing.
Technical knowledge that provides an understanding of how products are developed.
Previous experience working in B2B2C or B2B products and/or productivity software.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Experience working on mobile-first products or in environments where mobile is a primary platform.
