Trusted Shops SE is hiring a Head of UX Product Design (f/m/d) to lead the user experience and visual appeal of our B2C and B2B product portfolio. You will be responsible for the UX strategy, process, research, and team leadership to establish a user-centered culture across the company.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop an interdisciplinary UX Team (Product Design, Content Design, Localisation).
• Promote a user-centred culture across the entire company through workshops, research reviews, insight sharing, and mentoring.
• Develop a long-term UX vision for the entire Trusted Shops product ecosystem.
• Ensure a consistent and evidence-based user experience across all platforms.
• Build, scale, and evolve a holistic UX research framework.
• Coordinate the entire research roadmap across all product areas – including discovery processes, regular testing cycles, exploratory studies, and continuous research programs.
• Translate complex insights into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define and maintain relevant UX and research KPIs (e.g., usability KPIs, NPS, etc.) in collaboration with a Product Analyst.
• Build a structured System of Insights that reveals recurring patterns and supports long-term decision-making.
• Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to jointly prioritise challenges, hypotheses, and research needs.
• Further develop and govern our Design System, informed by research insights.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and visual consistency across all products.

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in a Senior UX role.
• Expertise in Product Design, UX Strategy, User Research, and Design Ops.
• Deep understanding of digital products, platforms, and complex B2B/B2C ecosystems.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams and within agile organisational structures.
• High analytical competence and experience with both quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Clear, structured communication style with the ability to explain complex UX topics in an accessible way.
• Passion for driving and embedding a company-wide UX culture.
• Fluency in German and English.

Nice to Have

• Ideally with established leadership responsibilities.

You will lead an interdisciplinary UX Team consisting of Product Design, Content Design, and Localisation.
