EX Squared LATAM is hiring a UX Writer to shape the voice of digital products operating at the intersection of fintech, public benefits, and worker advocacy. In this role, you will craft language that translates complex concepts into clear, human-centered experiences for a mission-driven nonprofit.

What You'll Do

Partner with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to define how the product communicates at every user interaction.
Craft clear, human-centered language across web and mobile platforms.
Write user flows, empty states, error messages, and system messaging that reduce friction.
Translate complex financial and policy concepts into accessible, user-friendly copy.
Align product language with brand voice, user intent, and business goals.
Contribute to voice & tone standards and content systems for scalability.
Support usability testing, content audits, and iterative improvements.
Work within established design systems to ensure consistency.

What We're Looking For

Solid experience in UX Writing across complex digital products.
English proficiency (C1/C2).
Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers within agile teams.
Ability to translate product requirements and business constraints into concise, intuitive language.
Experience working with design systems, voice & tone guidelines, and content standards.
Hands-on experience with Figma (annotations, components), FigJam, and Google Docs.
Native or near-native English proficiency.

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech, financial services, or public benefits platforms.
Experience working with mission-driven or nonprofit organizations.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive language principles.
Agency or consultancy background.
