GlossGenius is looking for a Senior UX Writer and Content Designer to advocate for user-centered design by creating useful, meaningful text that helps users complete tasks. You will help set the vision for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touch points.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end content strategy for the membership life-cycle, including purchase journeys and upgrades.
- Build scalable content frameworks that enable personalization across various user segments and global value propositions.
- Design flexible systems to drive membership growth across international regions and varied technical infrastructures.
- Craft clear, concise UI text that adheres to product-specific style guidelines, maintaining rigorous quality standards for craft and interaction design while managing high-priority workstreams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Research) to align on project needs and navigate platform constraints.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, editorial, marketing, or a related field, as well as leading content strategy projects.
- Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience developing and managing content frameworks.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of experience interacting with executive leadership.
- 5+ years of writing, editorial, marketing, or UX writing experience in an agency setting.
- 3+ years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional technology organization.
- Experience developing information architecture for documentation sets or product suites, including localization and accessibility best practices.
- Ability to lead UX writing and content design projects, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional geographically dispersed teams, and communicate content rationale clearly and persuasively.
- Experience working on consumer-focused and monetization products.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $138,000-$202,000 + equity.

This is a local, in-office position located in San Francisco, CA, USA or Mountain View, CA, USA.
