Booksy is looking for a Senior UX Researcher fluent in English and Spanish to help build deep customer understanding and deliver a market-leading product experience. You will lead research initiatives, synthesize data, align stakeholders, and drive key product strategy decisions.

What You'll Do

Lead planning and execution of research initiatives using interviews, observations, surveys, and usability studies.
Synthesize data from across the business to generate actionable insights.
Align stakeholders on customer understanding and drive decisions impacting product strategy.
Work closely with designers, product managers, analysts, and engineers to ensure research supports business goals.
Communicate findings clearly and champion the customer perspective in internal discussions.
Mentor non-researchers in engaging with customers.
Contribute to maintaining an outstanding research practice and positive team culture.

What We're Looking For

4–7 years of practical experience in UX or applied research.
At least 3 years of experience on a large-scale, multinational technology product.
A relevant degree in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to plan, execute, and synthesize research using multiple qualitative and quantitative methods.
Outstanding communication skills, with ability to convey complex insights clearly to non-research stakeholders.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
Must be based in an ET or CT timezone.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with common research and collaboration tools, including GSuite.
Demonstrable experience mentoring or educating non-researchers in research practice.

Annual salary range: $140,000 - $165,000 USD.
