Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user experience design for digital banking platforms
- Conduct user research to identify customer needs and behaviors
- Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the development lifecycle
- Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and usability best practices
- Facilitate design workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries
- Perform usability testing and analyze results to inform design improvements
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across teams
- Create user flows, journey maps, and service blueprints
- Work iteratively in agile development environments
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Support the definition of product requirements from a UX perspective
- Integrate feedback from customers and internal teams into design iterations
- Ensure consistency across customer touchpoints and digital channels
- Contribute to the evolution of UX processes and methodologies
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX
- Collaborate with content designers to ensure clarity and usability
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
