As a User Interface and Experience Designer, you will play a central role in shaping how users interact with AI-driven data annotation and evaluation systems. You'll be responsible for developing clear, functional design solutions that enhance usability and support product goals.
What You’ll Do
- Develop foundational design materials such as wireframes, user flows, and visual mockups to communicate ideas effectively.
- Present your design rationale to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and user needs.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to assess technical feasibility and balance user experience with practical implementation.
- Refine and adapt designs based on input from stakeholders, usability testing, and evolving requirements.
- Support documentation efforts by contributing design specifications and participating in key discussions.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with a globally distributed team. You must be self-directed and comfortable working in an asynchronous, collaborative environment.
Compensation
Hourly rate ranges from $40 to $50 USD, commensurate with experience. This role does not include equity or additional benefits.
