Monks is seeking a Senior Product Designer in Seattle to shape enterprise-level digital products by delivering user-centered, scalable design solutions. This role involves close collaboration with internal client stakeholders to define, discover, and design impactful digital experiences in complex environments.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end product design efforts for customer-oriented applications and platforms.
- Facilitate strategic sessions with client peers and stakeholders as needed.
- Design intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable UI/UX solutions rooted in best practices and business/user insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers to maintain consistency across platforms and ensure design intent is preserved.
- Make confident, strategic design decisions and communicate them clearly across various teams and contexts.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating consumer-oriented product and app design.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining strong team collaboration.
- Exceptional communication skills, including experience in client-facing roles and working directly with decision-makers.
- Strong UI and UX skills, including the ability to translate data into effective user experiences.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Experience conducting ideation and proposing strategies to validate new ideas.
- Strategic thinker willing to ask the right questions to uncover needs and deal with ambiguity.
- Experience working in high-tech environments and navigating the complexities of large organizations.

Compensation: $80,000—$99,000 USD
Work Mode
This role is hybrid, based in Seattle, United States. This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
