EX Squared is hiring a Senior Underwriter to manage complex loan scenarios and ensure the quality and integrity of underwriting decisions. You will be responsible for both Agency (FNMA/FHLMC) and Non-Agency (Jumbo, Non-QM) loans in this remote role.
What You'll Do
- Oversee underwriting for both Agency (FNMA/FHLMC) and Non-Agency (Jumbo, Non-QM) loans.
- Proactively manage a pipeline of loans while maintaining compliance and service excellence.
- Resolve complex cases through collaboration with brokers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Influence loan outcomes and optimize operational processes.
