We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator to provide essential operational support to a growing recruitment business specialising in private markets. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone with a strong background in administrative functions who values accuracy, structure, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep CRM data current and accurate using Recruit CRM, ensuring all candidate and client information is up to date.
- Document internal workflows and best practices in Notion to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage calendars efficiently to support seamless communication.
- Prepare concise briefing documents and summaries to assist in client and candidate discussions.
- Support the integration of sourcing and marketing tools, including Source Whale, as part of ongoing improvements.
- Join client conversations when needed, representing the team with professionalism and clarity.
- Assist in onboarding new team members by maintaining clear, accessible procedures.
- Communicate proactively with leadership and use tracking systems to maintain daily accountability.

You bring 3–5 years of administrative experience and a disciplined approach to remote work. You’re detail-focused, organised, and naturally anticipate needs before they arise. You communicate clearly and maintain strong boundaries, ensuring efficiency without overcommitment. Comfort with digital tools like Recruit CRM, Notion, and scheduling platforms is essential.
