Jobgether is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design of web and product experiences, shaping interfaces that are both visually compelling and highly usable. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to solve complex problems and improve usability.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for client websites, web applications, and digital products, including information architecture, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs, ensuring usability and developer-ready outputs.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across typography, color, grids, motion, and component patterns.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesis of insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define objectives, user journeys, and visual specifications.
- Ensure accessibility, performance, and customer-focused design in all digital touchpoints.
- Present research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling narratives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience combining visual (UI) and experience (UX) design expertise.
- Strong online portfolio demonstrating consumer-facing web and mobile design work.
- Expert proficiency with the Figma suite (Design, FigJam, Slides, Make), prototyping tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Proven experience creating, managing, and evolving design systems.
- Solid UX research skills, including user testing, surveys, and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Knowledge of web and mobile standards, responsive design, and usability best practices.
- Basic familiarity with Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React and Tailwind to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
