Uptalent.io is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Remote Graphic Designer specializing in branding and social media to bring our brand to life across all digital channels. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals that enhance storytelling, strengthen campaigns, and maintain a consistent, high-quality visual identity.

What You'll Do

Design high-quality, on-brand visuals for social media, including carousels, ad creatives, Reels covers, and graphics.
Create and refine brand assets that elevate messaging and storytelling.
Develop and maintain design templates in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for team use.
Design visuals for HubSpot campaigns, including email banners and landing page graphics.
Adapt designs for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines for tone, typography, color palette, and hierarchy.
Organize and deliver final assets in proper formats (JPEG, PNG, MP4, PDF) with clear file naming.
Collaborate via ClickUp, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Slack to manage deliverables and feedback.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in graphic design for social media or digital marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and brand-aligned designs.
Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Excellent command of Canva, including brand kit and template management.
Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign visuals and email templates.
Strong eye for composition, typography, spacing, and detail.
Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
