1000heads is looking for a Freelance Motion Designer with a bold, creative mind to shape standout work for a global B2B tech brand. You'll craft versatile templates and content across regions, spanning 2D/3D motion, video, and whichever medium best tells the story. This role is remote and supports our Berlin-based social team.
What You'll Do
- Lead creative ideation and design thinking, on your own or as part of a team.
- Deliver storyboards, campaign look & feel visuals, and high-quality final assets on time and on brand.
- Stay up-to-date with social platform specifications and industry trends.
- Liaise with team members, client service, and community teams to deliver projects collaboratively.
What We're Looking For
- A strong, essential knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics.
- A demonstrated 3+ years design background within Social Media.
- An intrapreneurial, team-player approach with a can-do attitude.
- Passion for your craft and a drive to produce excellent work.
- Flexibility and adaptability to understand the styles of a range of brands.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good to excellent understanding of the English language, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Creative or social media agency experience.
- Ability to work with and understand design nuances in different languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French).
- A design degree or equivalent.
- A working knowledge of German.
