What You'll Do
Design and produce high-quality eLearning courses that simplify complex cybersecurity topics for diverse audiences. Partner with subject matter experts to shape course structure, refine instructional content, and ensure alignment with defined learning goals. Use Articulate 360 tools—including Storyline and Rise—to build interactive, accessible, and visually effective learning modules.
Conduct thorough quality checks to verify content accuracy, instructional effectiveness, and consistency with established standards. Support course delivery by managing learner access, enrollment workflows, and reporting within WorkRamp or comparable learning management systems. Maintain organized records of course development, revisions, and project timelines to ensure transparency and traceability.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven experience with eLearning development tools, especially Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
- Basic skills in photo and video editing to enhance instructional materials
- Fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity principles and terminology
- High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to project ownership
- Strong collaboration skills with a focus on consistency and team alignment
- Commitment to clear documentation and proactive information sharing
- Customer- and learner-centered mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in cybersecurity education or technical training
- Familiarity with learning management systems and educational technology platforms
- Experience using Jira or similar tools for task and project tracking
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor content adjustments
