Shape how users explore properties through immersive 360° virtual tours. In this role, you’ll design and assemble interactive environments that reflect real-world spaces with precision and narrative flow. Working at the intersection of visual design and light development, you’ll ensure each scene supports intuitive navigation and strong visual continuity.
What You’ll Do
- Build interactive 360° tours that mirror actual property layouts, focusing on spatial logic and user movement
- Map out capture points to guide seamless exploration and clear orientation
- Apply branded styling consistently across all scenes for a polished, professional look
- Integrate interactive elements such as hotspots, pop-up information, and embedded media using HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript
- Work alongside photo editors, designers, and project leads to meet quality and timeline goals
- Optimize experiences for performance and usability across devices and browsers
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sense of spatial relationships and 3D environments
- Attention to visual detail, including composition, depth, and perspective
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for interface enhancements
- Familiarity with 360° authoring tools like Pano2VR, 3DVista, Matterport, or Marzipano
- Ability to solve problems creatively while balancing technical and design needs
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Self-driven attitude with openness to learning new tools and workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience in interior visualization, photography, game design, or VR/AR projects
- Degree in a related field, though not required

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in Cluj-Napoca, requiring at least one day per week in-office. You may also take advantage of up to twenty days of remote work within the EU annually. The workspace is modern and centrally located, featuring collaborative areas, game rooms, and daily refreshments.
